Pollen Control is a support tool for allergy patients that informs them about pollen levels, helps them to anticipate possible allergic conditions, educates them about their symptoms and provides them with professional support through the app.
With our collaboration, Almirall wishes to reposition its app by offering its customers a free valuable information service to facilitate the monitoring and treatment of allergic pathologies. It also seeks to optimize the service offered by doctors and pharmacists to their patients.We focused on rethinking the Polen Control app at strategic, conceptual and functional level with the intention of designing a service that allows the user to easilu keep track of their own symptoms offering useful information and useful content to help them improve their conditions and control possible allergic reactions.
We wanted the app to be valuable for different user profiles, including doctors, pharmacists, and other health care professionals. With easy access to pollen levels and a record of the symptoms recorded by the patient, the app is a great vehicle for communication between patient and healthcare professional, facilitating their relationship.
